Who we are

San Dimora is the trading name of Csancorp S.A.C., tax ID 20608901141, a company engaged in real estate brokerage in Lima, Peru. We act as intermediaries between owners and buyers; we do not own the properties we present unless expressly stated otherwise.

About the information published

We publish only figures we can back with a document, and we expressly state the source of each. Where a figure comes from what the owner has stated and has not yet been checked against documents, we flag it as pending verification.

Areas, measurements and features are taken from municipal and land registry documents current at the time of publication. Differences may exist between what is recorded at the land registry and what has been built; where we are aware of them, we declare them openly on the property page. We always recommend independent verification before any purchase decision.

Prices are indicative

The amounts shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute an offer under the Peruvian Civil Code. They are subject to change, to the owner's acceptance and to verification of the property's legal status. Browsing this site, submitting a form or arranging a viewing do not in themselves create any obligation to buy or sell for either party.

Dossier access and viewings

Access to reserved information — exact address, registry entry, floor plans and list price — and the arrangement of viewings are subject to prior identity verification and to assessment of each request. San Dimora reserves the right not to act on a request, without incurring any liability. The properties we present are usually occupied by their owners, and viewings always take place accompanied and by previously confirmed appointment.

Reservations and payments

This site does not process payments. Any payment relating to a property — assessment fee, earnest money or otherwise — is governed by a separate document, signed by the parties, setting out its amount, its nature, the refund conditions and the applicable deadlines. That document prevails over any information contained on this site.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Csancorp S.A.C. or are used with the permission of their owners. Reproduction for commercial purposes without written authorisation is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Cercado de Lima. As a consumer, you retain in full the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection and Defence Code, Law 29571, and you may turn to INDECOPI.
