Who processes your data
The data controller is Csancorp S.A.C., tax ID 20608901141, trading as San Dimora, based in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. For anything relating to your personal data, write to us at contacto@sandimora.com.
What data we collect
We only collect what you give us voluntarily through our forms:
- Full name, phone number and email address.
- Identity document number, when you choose to provide it. It is optional.
- Your answers in the access form: purchase purpose, intended payment method, budget range and expected timeframe.
- If you are an owner asking us to sell: the location and features of your property, and whatever you tell us about your situation.
- A hashed value derived from your IP address. We do not keep your IP in clear text; the hash serves only to detect automated submissions.
No tracking cookies
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. There are no social media pixels or external analytics tools on this site. Typefaces are served from our own server, not from Google.
What we use it for
Solely to assess your request, communicate with you, arrange viewings and carry out any resulting property transaction. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not transfer it outside Peru.
If we ever process your data for a purpose other than the one you agreed to, we will ask you again, separately.
On what legal basis
On your free, prior, express and informed consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting any form. We store the exact date and the literal text you accepted, in the language you accepted it in.
In addition, as a real estate agent, Csancorp S.A.C. is a reporting entity before the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Peruvian banking regulator (SBS). Certain identification data may be retained and reported where anti-money-laundering rules require it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request is under assessment and the commercial relationship lasts. If your request does not proceed, we keep your data for a maximum of twelve months in case you wish to resume contact, and then delete it. Data subject to statutory retention obligations is kept for the period the law requires.
Who can see it
Only authorised San Dimora staff, through an authenticated admin panel. The information is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, with which a data processing arrangement is in place.
Your rights
Under Law 29733 and its regulations, you may at any time ask us for:
- Access: to know what data of yours we hold and how we use it.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to delete your data.
- Objection: to stop processing it.
- Withdrawal: to withdraw the consent you gave, without retroactive effect.
How to exercise them
Simply write to contacto@sandimora.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We reply within the periods set by law. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may turn to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Changes
If we amend this policy, we will publish the new version at this same address with its update date.
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this document prevails, as Csancorp S.A.C. is a Peruvian company governed by Peruvian law.
This document was written to reflect exactly how this site works, but it does not replace review by a lawyer. San Dimora has yet to submit it for legal review and to register its personal data bank with the relevant authority.
